Radon Testing
A Buyer’s Inspection is a thorough evaluation of the major components of a home that are visible and readily accessible. Our findings and recommendations will be included in an easy-to-read, detailed report that will be sent to you within 48 hours. The report will provide all of the information you need to make an informed buying decision. The Buyer’s Inspection service is a thorough visual inspection of the home that will help buyers understand its condition and damages before they make a decision about repair or purchase. The following areas, if safely accessible, will be inspected:
Radon is a radioactive gas that can become trapped in the home if it rises from the soil. Exposure to Radon causes lung cancer over time, so it is extremely important to have a home inspected by professionals because it cannot be seen, tasted, or smelled. Radon Testing is offered as a stand alone service or can be bundled with an inspection.
Pre-Listing Inspection
11th Month Warranty Inspection
For this inspection service, we will assess a home for signs of damage caused by termites and other wood-destroying organisms. We will visually look over the entire readily accessible structure, gathering evidence of potential termite damage so that you can request for repairs to be put into place before you close on the home.
Termite Inspection
A Pre-Listing Inspection gives sellers the opportunity to find and repair current issues within a home prior to the home being listed on the market. Identifying existing damage and/or required repairs to the home prior to the issues coming to light in a buyer's inspection gives you, as the seller, the advantage by increasing negotiating power, mitigating potential contingencies, and simply making the home more attractive to potential buyers.
This inspection service is recommended for buyer's who have recently purchased a home with a warranty. The inspection should take place before you have owned your home for a full year or prior to the existing warranty period expiring. This service allows you to identify if there are any significant repair or maintenance issues that are in need of being addressed. As long as these issues are identified and reported prior to your warranty expiring, the repairs may be covered by your warranty saving you money.
